At just 28, Vinayak—one of our co-founders—underwent unexpected heart surgery. It shocked us. He was young, seemingly healthy, and doing all the "right" things… or so we thought.
That moment flipped everything we believed about food and health. We began digging deeper—into ingredient labels, hidden sugars, food marketing, and what it really means to eat well. What we discovered changed our lives, and more importantly,shaped how we wanted to raise our children.
